2025

One developer. One step at a time.

"Developer tools out there are either clunky or bloated — and developers spend every day compromising between them. I decided to build my own."

I'm a software engineer who has been writing code for 21 years. From my early fumbling days to where I am now, I've watched the craft evolve — and I've felt first-hand how much the right tool matters. The great ones are invisible: they quietly get out of your way and make you faster. The bad ones just create friction.

I started miniidea as a solo project. I build tools I actually use myself — JSON formatting, encryption, timestamp conversion, API editing. Every detail gets obsessed over: does this interaction feel natural? Does pasting a large file freeze the browser? That's how Tools.Top was born: 40+ tools, each one thoughtfully crafted, with government crypto support and 100k+ line JSON handling.

Then the Vibe Coding era arrived. AI writes code faster than ever — but projects are turning into black boxes. So I started building LOGOS — an AI-era dev companion that keeps you seeing your project's full picture at every stage of AI-assisted development.

miniidea is just me, based in Beijing. No VC, no team, no roadmap committees — just a developer who cares about the craft, building one product at a time.

Great tools don't demand your attention. They quietly remove friction and get out of your way. Every design decision starts with one question: does this create friction, or does it dissolve it?

I use it. So I fix it.

I'm the first user of everything I build. I feel every rough edge before you do. Your feedback goes directly to the person who wrote the code — no ticket queue, no product manager in between.

Polished, not just shipped

Every update is a genuine improvement, not a version bump. Good products are earned through iteration — not announced in press releases. I'll keep going until it feels right.

21 years of code. I've been a front-line engineer through the entire arc of modern software — from the early web, through mobile, cloud, and now the AI era. That long view is what shapes every product I build.

My core belief: great tools should be invisible. They should quietly get out of your way and make you faster — not become a source of friction themselves. Every feature I ship, every interaction I polish, comes from asking: does this actually make a developer's day better?
